The Sales Lead operates as part of a dynamic team, contributing to business goals while providing personalized service and maintaining high standards of store presentation.

Responsibilities

• Create personalized shopping experiences for customers that drive brand loyalty.
• Greet customers promptly and courteously as they enter the store.
• Address all customer questions accurately before they leave.
• Provide exceptional service from start to finish, including communicating the return policy.
• Maintain a positive and cheerful attitude with customers and team members.
• Make yourself available to all customers for exceptional service.
• Operate the cash register and handle money accurately.
• Check inventory daily and ensure products are stocked and available.
• Merchandise products in accordance with Visual Merchandising standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized back-stock area and employee break area.
• Practice safety-consciousness and respond to theft according to policies.
• Promote a positive work environment by recognizing outstanding performance from team members.

Requirements

• Two (2) years of retail store experience preferred.
• High School Diploma.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to convey the UGG and Deckers Brands Vision and Mission to team members and customers.
• Highly motivated team player and self-starter.
• Excellent team building skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
