About the position

The Seasonal Sales Associate at Lacoste is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales in a retail environment. This part-time role emphasizes the importance of building relationships with customers, achieving sales goals, and maintaining store operations in alignment with the brand's values and standards.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and KPIs as determined by the Store Manager.
• Connect with customers and cultivate personalized relationships to drive sales.
• Utilize product knowledge to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Embrace a customer-first culture and enhance the customer experience.
• Assist with the store's visual directives and maintain housekeeping standards.
• Develop a full understanding of computer systems for transactions and inventory management.
• Protect store assets and inventory through loss prevention awareness.
• Report violations to the supervisor and assist with inventory checks and transfers.
• Perform other duties as required by store management.
