The Seasonal Sales Associate role at Herschel Supply Co. is a part-time position focused on delivering exceptional customer service and creating an engaging shopping experience. Associates will work closely with store management and key holders to support store operations and customer interactions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 'next-level' customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
• Maintain knowledge of product availability on the sales floor, backroom, and online.
• Keep the store appearance organized and clean, ensuring merchandise is stocked appropriately.
• Receive and process stock from the warehouse, including unpacking and organizing items weighing 10-30 lbs.
• Assist with re-stocking, pricing duties, and sale preparations as needed.
• Ensure items from change rooms are returned to the appropriate area, sized, and tagged.
• Complete assigned clean-up duties to maintain store standards.
• Utilize the Point of Sale system to process payments, refunds, and exchanges while adhering to cash handling expectations.
• Stay informed about new products, trends, and store initiatives.
• Participate in staff training and store events as scheduled.
