About the position

Vince is looking for a dynamic and customer service-driven Seasonal Sales Associate to support management and sales staff in retail stores. The role involves assisting clients, managing cash wrap processes, and maintaining store standards, including visual presentation and inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Support sales team by assisting with product and engaging with clients.
• Assisting in Cash Wrap process.
• Demonstrate knowledge of the merchandise's features and benefits.
• Maintain the housekeeping and visual standards of the store.
• Assist with replenishment, stock, and transfers.
• Processing fulfillment and Buy Online Pick Up In Store from vince.com sales.
• Safeguard the store's inventory by adherence to the company's loss prevention program.
• Follow all store operational policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Prior experience in retail is preferred.
• Must have a positive, high-energy, friendly, outgoing, and engaging personality.
• Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills for effective communication with customers and coworkers.
• Must be able to lift, carry or otherwise move objects weighing up to 15 pounds when merchandising the sales floor and use ladders or stairs.
