About the position

The Seasonal Sales Associate (Brick Specialist) at LEGO® Brand Retail is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences in a vibrant store environment. This part-time role focuses on engaging with customers, ensuring a clean and visually appealing store, and assisting with stockroom operations. The position aims to inspire and develop future builders through meaningful interactions and adherence to LEGO Brand values.

Responsibilities

• Exceed guests' expectations through fun and meaningful interactions.
• Ensure a signature experience for every guest by greeting them, performing cash register functions, and maintaining a professional demeanor.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and visually stimulating environment by performing daily cleaning duties and maintaining store displays.
• Safely operate the store stockroom, assist in receiving merchandise, and maintain stockroom standards.

Requirements

• Ability to communicate effectively with team members and guests.
• Experience in processing information and merchandise through a register system.
• Flexibility to work various hours, including days, nights, and weekends as business dictates.
• Physical ability to access all areas of the store, including sales floor and stock areas.
• Ability to lift at least 30 lbs and perform physical tasks such as moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing, and standing for extended periods.
