About the position
The Seasonal Restaurant Server at Nordstrom's Marketplace Caf in Cherry Hill is responsible for providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced restaurant environment. This role involves sharing knowledge about the menu, understanding customer needs, and supporting various restaurant operations as needed.
Responsibilities
- Share knowledge and enthusiasm about the restaurant's menu and products while serving customers.
- Understand customers' needs and suggest additional items as appropriate.
- Support other areas of the restaurant as requested, such as answering telephones and completing financial transactions.
Requirements
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and coworkers.
- Thrived in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule.
- Food handler's card where required by local and state regulations.
