About the position

The Seasonal Personal Computer Technician position offers high school students an opportunity to gain valuable IT work experience while supporting the IT Operations within the Information Technology Department. This role involves assisting with various IT tasks and responsibilities, providing a practical learning environment for students.

Responsibilities

• Imaging and preparing new laptops and desktops for use
• Updating existing workstations to the latest versions of Operating System
• Conducting inventory and assisting with disposal of assets
• Assisting Personal Computer Technicians on day-to-day work tickets
• Providing IT support in other areas within the department

Requirements

• Must be enrolled in High School or a recent High School Graduate (within the past year)
• A pre-employment background check is required
