About The Position

Bluestar Move Management division is hiring Seasonal Pack & Move Associates to assist clients with packing, organizing, and settling into new homes during important life transitions. This is a seasonal, project-based role from March through June 2026 with flexible scheduling. This position involves working directly in client homes and providing hands-on support. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are dependable, detail-oriented, and enjoy helping others.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Must be able to travel locally to client homes
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds regularly
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Must be available between March and June 2026

Nice To Haves

• Prior moving, packing, warehouse, or customer service experience
• Experience working in client homes or service environments
• Strong attention to detail and organization

Responsibilities

• Pack and organize household items safely and efficiently
• Unpack and help set up clients' new homes
• Assist with sorting and organizing belongings
• Provide professional and respectful service in client homes
• Work as part of a team to complete move projects
