Responsibilities
- Load and unload cartons and merchandise from delivery trucks and conveyor systems.
- Lift, carry, push, and pull packages on a continuous and repetitive basis.
- Complete all processing and receiving activities in accordance with productivity standards and timelines.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work environment.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors, sharing feedback, ideas, and concerns.
Requirements
- No education or experience required.
- Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays with regular attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to read and interpret instructional documents such as safety rules and procedural manuals.
- Self-starter with the ability to adapt quickly to changing customer expectations and needs.
- Proficient in the use of computers and handheld technology.
