The Seasonal Key Holder/Sales Associate at Fandom Concepts is a dynamic role that combines retail operations with leadership responsibilities. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a retail environment, engaging with customers, and leading a team. The Key Holder will assist in daily store operations, motivate and train Retail Associates, and ensure a positive shopping experience for customers.

Responsibilities

• Help run the daily store operations while following company policies and procedures.
• Open and close the store, ensuring everything is ready for a successful day (or winding down smoothly at night).
• Lead, motivate, and train Retail Associates to create an engaging shopping experience and hit sales goals.
• Keep communication fun and clear, fostering a positive and supportive team environment.
• Stay on top of inventory, organizing stock and keeping displays fresh and exciting.
• Come up with creative ideas to boost sales and keep us ahead of the game.
• Tackle the admin stuff like scheduling shifts, processing transactions, and maintaining sales records.
• Be a go-to problem solver for customers—answering questions and resolving any issues quickly and with a smile.
• Assist the Store Manager in planning promotions and marketing events that drive foot traffic.
• Ensure the store is always clean, organized, and reflects our brand standards.

Requirements

• Bilingual skills are a plus.
• Strong customer service skills—connecting with customers and making their day.
• Organized when it comes to operations, whether it's opening the store, handling stock, or managing shifts.
• Great at communicating with both customers and coworkers, always bringing good energy to the team.
• Familiar with inventory management and stock control processes.

Nice-to-haves

• Prior experience in retail or customer service is a plus.
• An eye for market trends and creative ways to drive sales.
