Planet Fitness is seeking energetic and enthusiastic Seasonal Front Desk Team Members who are passionate about health and fitness. This role involves providing excellent customer service, assisting members with inquiries, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. The position offers both part-time and full-time opportunities with flexible schedules, making it ideal for individuals looking to work in a fun and supportive atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Answering member questions in person or over the phone
• Completing member check-ins
• Giving new member tours and signing them up
• Cleaning throughout the facility including bathrooms, locker rooms, Black Card area, and workout area

Requirements

• Must be 16 years of age or older
• Great attitude
• Willingness to learn new things
• Strong listening skills
• Ability to empathize and problem solve
• Punctuality and reliability
• Great customer service skills

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in customer service
• Valid CPR Certification
