About the position

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests to determine their individual needs and provide personalized service.
• Conduct cashier tasks and handle customer service, sales, refunds, and exchanges.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales.
• Book appointments for services and support in-store events to enhance guest experiences.
• Stay informed about new and existing products and services to better serve guests.
• Maintain store cleanliness and ensure merchandise is stocked and organized.
• Participate in ongoing training for professional development and sales performance.
• Collaborate with team members to grow the business and enhance guest loyalty.

Requirements

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
• Demonstrates a passion for guest service and competency in selling.
• Proficient with basic technology, including Point of Sale systems and Apple devices.
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Ability to troubleshoot and work independently or as part of a team.
