As a Famous Footwear Seasonal Associate, you are passionate about providing the best shoe store experience for every customer. Responsibilities

• Ensure daily store tasks (pricing, shipment processing, fulfillment and inventory) are completed efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, organized store environment to ensure all styles are easily shoppable.
• Provide stellar customer engagement and create top-notch experiences for customers.
• Review store performance and drive sales to achieve goals.
• Communicate clearly and concisely with the store team and employ active listening.
• Act with integrity by adhering to company policies and procedures and seeking feedback for improvement.
• Uphold a positive and inclusive work environment, supporting teammates and assisting with training when needed.
• Make shoe recommendations to customers and ensure they leave with the perfect fit.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED
• Ability to build constructive and effective relationships within the store
• Demonstrated ability to communicate positively with store associates at all levels
• Ability to exercise independent judgment and discretion when partnering with management
• Working knowledge of general retail practices and procedures
• Ability to work effectively within a team
• Flexibility to work a schedule that meets the needs of the business, including holidays, nights, weekends, and extended hours.
