Responsibilities

• Promotes superior guest service.
• Maintains a positive organizational culture according to the principles of the Spirit of Tâlícn and the Core Values of ilani.
• Makes minor alterations and repairs to uniforms.
• Measures employees to determine proper size and ensure proper fit of uniforms.
• May press uniforms and/or clean spots from garments.
• Services guests and team members at the counter and ensures accurate and timely completion of all transactions.
• Maintains confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma / GED or equivalent.
• Two years of commercial machine sewing experience.
• Two years of experience in alterations.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to foster a supportive team environment.
• Seamstress/tailoring skills.
• Ability to take and record accurate measurements and complete alterations in a timely fashion.
• Basic computer skills.
• Willingness to adhere to company health and safety measures.
