This role is dedicated to providing essential support for our upcoming Logistics Center. The position provides direct support to the HR Business Partner team in the day-to-day coordination, execution, and implementation of all human resources functions, including but not limited to: workers compensation, leave of absence, attendance policies, benefits administration, orientation, employee events, and onboarding. The role also provides direct HR support to employees, Department Managers, and Department leads, working closely with the HR Business Partner team to address basic employee relations issues in compliance with federal, state, and local laws and in alignment with company policy.
