About The Position

As a scrum master, you’re passionate about outcomes and supporting a development team that’s modernizing and securing critical projects. You’ll ensure scrum principles and approaches are understood correctly by the team and key stakeholders. Using tools like Jira, Confluence, and Mural, you’ll strengthen sustainable process improvements to help your team accomplish a successful and repeatable sprint cadence and deliver secure solutions that meet aggressive timelines. In this role, you’ll directly impact military missions by connecting modern security solutions with existing technology environments. Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience as a Scrum Master serving Agile teams
  • Experience using Agile software project management tools, including JIRA, Confluence, or Mural, to capture task delivery requirements
  • Experience facilitating daily stand-up calls, backlog refinement, sprint planning, retrospectives, road mapping, and requirements sessions
  • Experience coordinating between technical delivery teams and customers to ensure development requirements are well understood
  • Ability to work independently or with minimal direction while staying engaged in a team delivery environment
  • Ability to work across a team for risk mitigation, using techniques to avoid, reduce, transfer, or accept risk
  • Secret clearance
  • HS diploma or GED
  • Certified SAFe Practitioner, SAFe Agilist , or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification

Nice To Haves

  • Experience collaborating with multiple teams for enterprise organizations, including customers and technical delivery teams
  • Knowledge of project and program management practices
  • Knowledge of budget tracking and management
