About the position
The Scrum Master 3 position is a contingent role focused on consulting and participating in moderately complex initiatives within Scrum or Agile frameworks. The role involves contributing to large-scale planning and resolving challenges related to Scrum Master deliverables while collaborating with client personnel.
Responsibilities
- Consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Scrum or Agile.
- Contribute to large-scale planning related to Scrum Master deliverables.
- Review and analyze moderately complex Scrum Master challenges requiring in-depth evaluation.
- Contribute to the resolution of moderately complex issues and consult with others to meet Scrum Master deliverables.
- Leverage solid understanding of function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
Requirements
- 4 plus years of Scrum or Agile experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work or consulting experience, training, military experience, or education.
