About the position
The Scrum Master 3 position is a contingent role focused on facilitating Agile methodologies and Scrum practices within a team. The candidate will consult on moderately complex initiatives, contribute to large-scale planning, and resolve Scrum-related challenges while collaborating with client personnel. This role requires a solid understanding of Scrum principles and the ability to lead by example.
Responsibilities
- Consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Scrum or Agile.
- Contribute to large-scale planning related to Scrum Master deliverables.
- Review and analyze moderately complex Scrum Master challenges that require in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
- Contribute to the resolution of moderately complex issues and consult with others to meet Scrum Master deliverables.
- Collaborate with client personnel.
Requirements
- 4 plus years of Scrum or Agile experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work or consulting experience, training, military experience, or education.
