About the position

We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Server to join our team at our Scottsdale location. The Server will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, ensuring a pleasant dining experience for our guests, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the dining area. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable about our menu and able to assist guests with their orders while promoting our current promotions and specials. This role requires teamwork and communication with both guests and kitchen staff to ensure timely service and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Prepare tables for customer dining with attention to sanitation and the standards we require.
• Greet and present a friendly personality to all incoming customers and guests.
• Be knowledgeable on all menu items and assist guests with placing orders based on their tastes, preferences, diets, or allergies.
• Deliver food and drinks to guests and provide the best customer service with a positive attitude.
• Issue bills and accept payment upon completion of their meal.
• Be knowledgeable on all current promotions, specials, and offers, and apply them in accordance with our policies.
• Help ensure guests have an experience that promotes repeat business and continued patronage.
• Work as a team member with other service staff to make the dining and work experience pleasant for everyone.
• Keep attentive with the kitchen staff regarding meal preparation and alert guests if any issues arise.
• Assist management in creating a healthy work environment, a place where guests love to dine, and employees enjoy working.
• Perform light lifting to stock products or for cleaning and maintenance of the dining room.

Requirements

• Must be at least 19 years old.
• Have a High School graduate or equivalent diploma.
• Point of sale knowledge preferred but not required.
• Prior server experience preferred but not required.
• Must have a current Food Handler's Card.
