About The Position

The Scientific Specialist supports routine and moderately complex technical tasks by applying developing scientific knowledge. This role provides day-to-day technical support to Operations, Sales, and Customer Service teams, while contributing to continuous improvement, client satisfaction, and laboratory efficiency under the guidance of senior staff.

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day technical support to Operations, Sales, and Customer Service teams.
  • Assist with technical inquiries, troubleshooting, and escalation of complex issues.
  • Support data extraction, report preparation, and client deliverables.
  • Contribute to customer issue resolution and follow-up actions.
  • Assist with SOP development, method updates, and validation activities.
  • Perform basic data validation (Tier I) and support data review processes.
  • Prepare standard and customized laboratory reports with accuracy.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and operational efficiency.
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory, quality, and safety requirements.
  • Support audits, documentation, and internal quality processes.
