About the position
The Remote School Psychologist position at VocoVision offers an opportunity to work from home while providing essential psychological services to students in a Virginia school district. This role is designed for professionals who have experience in school psychology and are looking to transition their skills to a telehealth environment, ensuring that students receive the support they need in a flexible setting.
Responsibilities
- Provide psychological assessments and interventions for students remotely.
- Collaborate with teachers and parents to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
- Utilize telehealth software to conduct sessions and maintain documentation.
- Offer support and training to paraprofessionals or teacher aides as needed.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of school psychologist experience required.
- Active Virginia License as a School Psychologist.
- Master's degree or higher in School or Educational Psychology.
