About the position
The School Registered Nurse (RN) position is a full-time role for the upcoming 24/25 school year, located in San Bernardino, California. The RN will provide healthcare services to students from Pre-K to 12th grade, ensuring that their health needs are met according to their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
Responsibilities
- Provide healthcare to students based on IEPs
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor and assess student health conditions
- Collaborate with school staff and parents regarding student health needs
- Maintain accurate health records and documentation
Requirements
- Active RN License
- Minimum 1+ years nursing experience
- Bachelors Degree in Nursing
- CPR/BLS Certified
- Prior experience with health care plans, G-tubes, Trach, Diaper Changing, etc.
