All Operations Team Members at Rocky Mountain Prep will: Take ownership of operational outcomes by executing reliable systems that maximize instructional time, support strong attendance and enrollment, and ensure compliance with network, district, and state expectations. They create safe, welcoming, and highly organized environments by maintaining clear routines, responsive communication, and accurate data systems that strengthen family trust and student experience. Operations team members collaborate closely with school leaders, teachers, and support staff to implement campus priorities and solve problems that impact learning. They steward resources responsibly, contribute to schoolwide initiatives, and model RMP’s PEAK values while remaining flexible and solutions-oriented in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
