About The Position

School Operations Managers lead by building and sustaining operational systems that protect learning time, strengthen family trust, and ensure campuses run with excellence, safety, and joy. They are proactive problem-solvers who translate vision into clear structures, anticipate challenges before they impact scholars, and align logistics to academic priorities. Grounded in equity and service, they model ownership, adaptability, and high expectations while developing others to do the same. Through strong communication, data-driven decision-making, and a deep commitment to community partnership, they remove barriers that disproportionately impact historically marginalized students and families, ensuring every scholar has access to a safe, organized, and high-performing learning environment. All Operations Team Members at Rocky Mountain Prep will: Take ownership of operational outcomes by executing reliable systems that maximize instructional time, support strong attendance and enrollment, and ensure compliance with network, district, and state expectations. They create safe, welcoming, and highly organized environments by maintaining clear routines, responsive communication, and accurate data systems that strengthen family trust and student experience. Operations team members collaborate closely with school leaders, teachers, and support staff to implement campus priorities and solve problems that impact learning. They steward resources responsibly, contribute to schoolwide initiatives, and model RMP’s PEAK values while remaining flexible and solutions-oriented in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

Requirements

  • Fluent in oral and written English and Spanish
  • Demonstrated ability to lead logistics, solve problems, and manage multiple operational priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills and professionalism when managing relationships with staff, students, families, and partners
  • Experience supervising or supporting the development of team members
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Demonstrates sound judgment and responsibility when managing resources and operational decisions
  • Commitment to educational equity and strong belief in the potential of all students
  • Openness to feedback, coaching, and continuous improvement
  • Ability to use data to monitor systems and drive improvements
  • Verify identity and employment eligibility through E-Verify

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience in school operations, project management, or logistics leadership
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace and student information systems such as Infinite Campus
  • Knowledge of enrollment, attendance, compliance, and student records systems

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and continuously improve schoolwide operational systems that maximize instructional time and support academic outcomes
  • Lead front office, attendance, enrollment, and family-facing systems to drive strong Average Daily Attendance and full enrollment targets
  • Ensure campus safety and compliance by overseeing Emergency Response and Crisis Management planning, drills, health protocols, and serving as a trained nurse delegate as needed
  • Manage facilities, technology, supplies, and vendor partnerships to maintain an organized, safe, and welcoming learning environment
  • Own logistics and execution for assessments, events, field trips, and network initiatives with strong attention to detail and fiscal responsibility
  • Analyze operational data to identify trends, solve problems, and drive continuous improvement in campus systems
  • Partner closely with school leadership to align operational priorities with instructional vision and strategic goals
  • Build strong relationships with families and community partners, ensuring communication is responsive, inclusive, and grounded in RMP’s PEAK values
