We are nurses, care coordinators, health educators, health assistants, administrative staff, screening and prevention specialists who accomplish this by providing and coordinating specialized health services that support the educational experience for students throughout Multnomah and Clackamas County. We are committed to employee and wellness, advocacy on behalf of students and their families, collaboration with community health systems and school based health centers, research and development to improve population health in schools, and using evidenced-based practice in the delivery of care. We support the Whole School, Whole Community, Whole Child (WSCC) model that combines and builds on elements of the traditional coordinated school health approach by responding to the call for greater alignment, integration, and collaboration between education and health to improve each child's cognitive, physical, social, and emotional development. This position is for on-call School Health Assistants for the 2026–2027 school year.
