About the position

Soliant Education is seeking a qualified School Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to work with middle and high school students in Randolph, New Jersey. This role involves developing and implementing behavior intervention plans and conducting functional behavioral assessments to support student success. The position is available as either full-time or part-time, with a commitment required from December 2024 through June 20, 2025.

Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
• Conducting Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs).
• Collaborating with teachers, staff, and parents to support student success.
• Monitoring progress and adjusting interventions as needed.

Requirements

• Active BCBA certification.
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field.
• Minimum 1+ years Behavior Specialist experience required.
• Experience working with middle and high school students preferred.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
