About the position

We are seeking a dedicated Mental Health Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide counseling services to individuals dealing with various mental health challenges. This position offers the opportunity to work in a supportive environment and make a positive impact on the lives of others.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct counseling sessions with clients in the school setting, virtually, or in-person
  • Implement treatment plans tailored to each client's needs
  • Utilize therapeutic techniques CBT, DBT, etc.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential client records
  • Stay updated on current research and best practices in mental health therapy

Requirements

  • Master's degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university
  • Active license to practice in the state of Kentucky in good standing
  • At least 1 year of mental health experience in a clinical setting
  • Required experience with completing DAs, treatment plans and clinical case notes
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
  • Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner
  • Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base
  • Proficient in the use of GSUITES and Electronic Health Record systems

  • Hourly positions $45-$65 per billable hour plus administrative pay (eligible for weekly bonus pay potential of time in a half)
