About the position

The SCA Customer Care Team Lead at Elevance Health is responsible for overseeing the daily activities of the National Government Services (NGS) Customer Service Representatives. Responsibilities

  • Oversees all daily activities of NGS Customer Service Representatives.
  • Troubleshoots specific problems/issues.
  • Performs quality audits and other unit CPE measurements.
  • Provides leadership and guidance to the unit.
  • Participates on management teams.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • 5+ years of NGS Customer Service experience or equivalent education and experience.

Nice-to-haves

  • Knowledge of Medicare, specifically Part A and Home Health and Hospice.
  • Ability to multi-task is preferred.
  • Flexible working non-traditional work hours.
  • Strong communication skills is strongly preferred.
