Savers, an international thrift retailer, is looking to fill Retail Supervisor position(s). This multi-faceted role supports either the service side of our stores or the backroom product flow function (production).
Responsibilities
Support the service side of the stores or the backroom product flow function.
Oversee daily operations and ensure a high level of customer service.
Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and career growth.
Manage inventory and ensure efficient product flow in the store.
Requirements
Previous retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
