About the position

The Director position in the SAP Source to Pay practice at PwC involves leading a team to help clients maximize their SAP investments, particularly in procurement and sourcing functions. This role focuses on delivering technology-enabled change through comprehensive consulting and system integration services across various SAP applications. The Director will be responsible for driving business transformation, enhancing decision-making capabilities, and fostering a collaborative environment that values diversity and innovation.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree
• Minimum 10 years of experience in SAP consulting or related fields.
• Demonstrated thought leader-level abilities in implementing SAP Ariba and S/4 Hana.
• Experience leading teams on supply chain focused procurement, material and inventory management.
• Proven record in configuring and implementing SAP SCC, S/4 Hana and Ariba Cloud applications.
• Experience in digital transformation around source to pay using cloud technology.
• Ability to monitor project issues and escalations effectively.
• Experience leading SAP Ariba and S/4 Hana implementations from planning to configuration through go-live.
• Proven ability to identify and address client needs and actively participate in client discussions.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in sectors such as banking, insurance, investment management, aerospace and defense, automotive, healthcare, consumer and retail, energy, industrial products, technology, or utilities.
• Ability to build and maintain networks of client relationships and community involvement.
