About the position

As a Director in the SAP Source to Pay practice at PwC, you will lead efforts to help clients maximize their SAP investments, focusing on procurement and sourcing functions. This role involves transforming client processes through SAP applications, enhancing transaction processing and reporting capabilities, and supporting management decision-making. You will work collaboratively with a team to solve complex business issues, drive improvements, and foster a values-driven leadership culture.

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in SAP consulting or related field.
  • Demonstrated thought leader-level abilities in implementing SAP Ariba and S/4 Hana.
  • Experience leading a team on supply chain focused procurement, material and inventory management.
  • Proven record in configuring and implementing SAP SCC, S/4 Hana and Ariba Cloud applications.
  • Experience in digital transformation around source to pay using cloud technology.
  • Ability to monitor project issues and escalations effectively.
  • Experience leading SAP Ariba and S/4 Hana implementations from planning to configuration through go-live.
  • Proven ability to identify and address client needs and actively participate in client discussions.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in sectors such as banking, insurance, investment management, aerospace and defense, automotive, healthcare, consumer and retail, energy, industrial products, technology or utilities.
  • Ability to build and maintain networks of client relationships and community involvement.
  • Skills in managing resource requirements, project workflow, budgets, billing and collections.
