About the position

The SAP Order Management Specialist (International Customer Service) is responsible for managing order activities for both international and domestic orders, ensuring timely processing and communication with customers. This hybrid role requires expertise in SAP systems and a strong background in customer service, particularly in handling complex order processes. The position involves proactive monitoring of orders, maintaining customer satisfaction, and compliance with import/export regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage order management activities for international and domestic orders.
  • Enter and acknowledge all orders within 24 hours.
  • Execute SAP customer master and output settings for consistent customer information.
  • Provide pricing, availability, and schedule information to customers.
  • Maintain or exceed customer revenue and working capital targets.
  • Monitor orders using SAP tools for on-time shipping and delivery.
  • Communicate order status to internal and external parties.
  • Issue purchase orders to foreign suppliers and maintain import documentation.
  • Investigate and resolve residuals and manage the complaint process.
  • Perform additional business-specific activities as directed by management.

Requirements

  • Experience with order management systems and customer service.
  • Proficiency in SAP and SAP BW 4HANA.
  • Mid-level experience in packaging and order management processes.
