About the position
The Senior Group Reporting Consultant/Configurator will work on a financial consolidation project, focusing on SAP configuration and group reporting. This role involves configuring and implementing financial consolidation processes within an SAP system, ensuring alignment with group reporting requirements.
Responsibilities
- Configure and implement financial consolidation processes within SAP.
- Set up accounts, company codes, and relationships with partners and vendors.
- Handle currency conversion and balance carry forward processes.
- Optimize performance of the group reporting process.
- Create models in the consolidation monitor and manage master data changes.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of financial consolidation processes.
- Experience in configuring financial consolidation within SAP systems.
- Prior experience in consolidation projects or group reporting implementations.
- Background in finance or knowledge of financial closing and account consolidation processes.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with SAP BPC (Budget Planning & Consolidation).
- Familiarity with performance optimization techniques in group reporting.
