SAP Functional & Automation Test Lead with Tosca Exp. (Remote)

About the position

Cognizant Technology Solutions is seeking a SAP Functional & Automation Test Lead with Tosca experience to join their Quality Engineering and Assurance (QEA) practice. This remote position involves leading automation strategies and improving testing processes within the S4 HANA ecosystem. The role requires collaboration with multifunctional teams to design and implement automation frameworks, manage automation tools, and ensure high-quality automation solutions for various supply chain processes.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement automation strategies and frameworks for S4 HANA GUI, Rest APIs, and Fiori applications.
• Establish best practices and develop reusable components for automation testing.
• Collaborate with multifunctional teams to assess vendor proposals during RFI and RFP processes.
• Manage the full lifecycle of automation tools, including setup, configuration, and test management.
• Oversee the upgrade process of the Worksoft product suite on Azure, ensuring smooth integration with MS SQL databases.
• Use monitoring tools like New Relic to track application performance and improve incident response.
• Automate workflows for customized integration needs to achieve high-quality business processes.
• Create comprehensive test strategies and documentation for functional teams, focusing on automation benefits and project ROI.
• Perform administrative activities for managing the Worksoft platform.
• Mentor team members in automation best practices and facilitate knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Integration experience between Solution Manager, test management, and automation tools.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and administrative tasks related to Worksoft.
• Proficient in cloud technologies, particularly Azure, and database integration (MS SQL).
• Hands-on experience in automating processes on SAP S/4HANA systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent communication skills.
• Knowledge of supply chain management processes and their automation.
• Experience in automating performance monitoring using tools like Dynatrace or New Relic.

Nice-to-haves

• Certification on automation tools such as TOSCA or Worksoft Certified Specialist.
• Familiarity with CyberArk Integration methodology.
• Experience with open-source platforms like Python for automation use cases.
