About the position

The SAP Finance Transformation Senior Manager at Accenture is responsible for leading SAP-based Finance Transformation projects within the Industrial Equipment industry. This role involves collaborating with clients to develop innovative SAP solutions that enhance operational efficiency and drive business value. The position requires a strong understanding of SAP technologies and the ability to translate complex client needs into actionable strategies, ensuring successful project delivery and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Team with clients on their SAP functional transformation programs using SAP application and functional process expertise.
• Lead teams of consultants to advise clients on building state-of-the-art SAP Industrial Equipment Industry cloud solutions.
• Engage with senior client Finance executives to discuss business challenges and the potential value of SAP solutions.
• Define clients' SAP journey through the development of business cases and roadmaps.
• Architect end-to-end Finance solutions leveraging SAP technologies and custom applications.
• Advise, design, and deliver Finance solutions based on industry best practices and SAP innovations.
• Lead large project teams to achieve transformational roadmaps, either onsite with clients or within Accenture.
• Become a trusted expert and advisor by staying current on regulations, trends, and innovations in the field.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP projects supporting Industrial Industry clients.
• Minimum of 6 years functional/technical experience in SAP Finance, including GL, AR, AP, Asset Account, and Product Costing.
• At least 3 end-to-end SAP S/4 implementations, including project planning and solution architecture for Industrial Industry clients.
• Experience in driving complex workshops and leading design decisions in the SAP Finance area.
• Experience managing SAP delivery teams in a Global Delivery model.
• Prior experience in a Consulting/Advisory role.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

• Knowledge of IoT applications in the Industrial Equipment sector.
