About the position
The SAP Finance Transformation Delivery Leader at Accenture is responsible for leading SAP-based Finance Transformation projects within the Consumer Goods industry. This role involves collaborating with clients to understand their SAP transformation needs, architecting end-to-end finance solutions, and delivering innovative SAP solutions that drive business value. The position requires a strong background in SAP Finance, leadership skills, and the ability to engage with senior client executives to address business challenges and trends.
Responsibilities
- Team with clients on their SAP functional transformation programs using SAP application and functional process expertise.
- Lead teams of consultants to advise clients on building state-of-the-art SAP Consumer Goods Industry cloud solutions.
- Engage with senior client Finance executives on business challenges and the potential value of SAP solutions.
- Lead customers in defining their SAP journey through the development of business cases and roadmaps.
- Architect end-to-end Finance solutions leveraging SAP technologies and custom applications.
- Advise, design, and deliver Finance solutions based on industry best practices and SAP innovations.
- Lead large project teams to achieve transformational roadmaps, either onsite with clients or within Accenture.
- Become a trusted expert and advisor by staying current on regulations, trends, and innovations in the field.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in SAP projects supporting Consumer Goods clients.
- Minimum of 8 years functional/technical experience in SAP Finance, including GL, AR, AP, Asset Account, and Product Costing.
- Minimum 5 end-to-end SAP S/4 implementations, including project planning, estimation, and solution architecture.
- Experience driving complex workshops and leading design decisions in the SAP Finance area.
- Experience managing SAP delivery teams in a Global Delivery model.
- Prior experience in a Consulting/Advisory role.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
