About the position
The SAP Finance Operations (AR/FSCM) Consultant role at Accenture focuses on transforming clients' Finance and Analytics functions through the implementation of SAP ERP technology solutions. The consultant will leverage their expertise in SAP to design, configure, test, and deploy Financial Supply Chain Management (FSCM) solutions, ensuring seamless integration and functionality. This position requires a blend of technical knowledge, project leadership, and strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with project teams and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Build SAP ERP technology solutions that transform clients' Finance and Analytics functions.
- Contribute to large-scale, global work streams requiring specific knowledge of SAP within the Finance function.
- Design, configure, test, and deploy FSCM solutions and ensure that all the pieces work together seamlessly.
- Work with the project team, Record to Report and client stakeholders to create stand-out Finance solutions powered by SAP.
- Analyze technical and functional integration requirements.
- Design, configuration and test of various types of Invoices based on client specific business process.
- Design and configuration for Payment Terms, Customer Invoicing & Payments Process, FSCM Credit, Disputes & Collections Management modules.
- Perform testing cycles across teams as well as cutover activities as required for go-live preparation.
- Preparation of end user documents and functional design documents.
- Guide performance testing & training teams rolling out a successful module to the user community.
- Resolve Defects during Testing, Cutover and Hypercare phase.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in SAP AR/FSCM and relative technologies/modules (CFO Analytics, Finance Cloud, SAP S4 HANA, Blockchain, RPA).
- Minimum of 1 end-to-end AR/FSCM implementation.
- Demonstrated proficiency and hands-on experience with SAP/S4.
- Experience supporting Natural Resources Industry and/or clients.
- Prior experience in a Consulting and/or Advisory role.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience). If Associate's Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6-year work experience.
