Responsibilities
- Assure accurate analysis and design of SAP, in addition to related SAP and legacy integration systems, that meet specifications and requirements of projects and overall business needs
- Provide accurate implementation of SAP applications and systems to support the environment that will provide up to date information to all areas and levels of the company
- Complete projects within budgetary guidelines mutually agreed upon with IS management that produce results of a consistently high quality which meet business needs and support cost-effective technology solutions
- Offer functional, technical and tactical leadership on projects to provide effective solutions that solve business problems and deliver bottom line results, adhere to the application platform strategies and provide expertise across platforms/technologies to deliver optimal solutions
- Plan, support and/or execute unit tests, integration tests, and user acceptance tests
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Science preferred
- 5+ years' experience in related field including SAP implementation projects
- Experience in SAP Financial Accounting (SAP FI) modules, including general ledger, profit centers, accounts receivable, accounts payable, profitability analysis (CO-PA) & fixed assets as well as SAP-SAC/SACp or BPC
- Experience in SAP Sales & Distribution (SAP SD/OTC) preferred
- Experience in SAP S4 preferred as Caleres shifts from ECC to S4
- Highly collaborative and skilled in supporting users in SAP transactions
- Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
