The Sanitation Supervisor will plan, coordinate and direct the cleaning and sanitation program designed to maintain a high level of food safety and product quality. Oversee the cleaning and sanitation of food processing machinery, equipment, utensils, and facility. Responsible to understand and teach, through instruction and training, the appropriate cleaning and sanitation chemical application and their uses for the safety, effectiveness, and efficiency of the sanitation crew.
