Responsibilities

  • Document technical and business requirements.
  • Plan storage implementations and migrations.
  • Execute, test, and verify technical tasks.
  • Provide accurate reporting for project management.
  • Ensure adherence to enterprise security standards.
  • Identify, mitigate, and report risks.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience with HPE and Netapp Storage.
  • Experience with configuring block storage, preferably HPE 3PAR.
  • Experience with configuring file storage, preferably Netapp.
  • Detailed understanding of AWS and/or Azure storage platforms.
  • Experience with storage replication in synchronous and asynchronous environments.
  • Experience migrating storage between platforms.
  • An understanding of virtualization concepts, especially VMWare.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Fiber Channel switching, preferably Cisco MDS.
  • Experience with Object storage, especially EMC ECS.
  • Experience with cloud platforms, especially AWS & Azure.
