About the position

The Samsung Experience Specialist is an exciting position for those who have experience working field promotional events. We are seeking candidates that are excellent communicators, outgoing and professional. As an Experience Expert, you will engage consumers daily at Samsung Retail Locations, identify consumer needs and ensure warm handoff to the proper team members, be a tech-savvy Android enthusiast who is passionate about engaging consumers, and explain the benefits of the Samsung Electronics brand.

Responsibilities

• Engage consumers daily at Samsung Retail Locations
• Identify consumer needs and ensure warm handoff to the proper team members
• Obtain, through training, basic knowledge of the Samsung product to properly demonstrate the products to consumers
• Support local client's retail teams through event execution, store partnerships, and product training
• Support product launches through mystery shops, retail and consumer insights, and product training
• Responsible for accurately tracking and communicating all activity to Retail Operations
• Communicate successes, obstacles, wins, and needs to leadership

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Business degree preferred
• Six (6) months prior sales, promotion, retail, hospitality or marketing experience
• Demonstrated knowledge of products and services
• Excellent communications, presentation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
• Ability to maintain customer confidentiality
• Flexibility in schedule to work experiential or retail events and to work weekend or non-standard shifts
• Strong written and verbal communication skills while being quick on responses
• Ability to build and maintain strong personal relationships
• Has a 'do whatever it takes' attitude and positive mindset
