Gateway Clippers, a Great Clips Franchise, is seeking a Salon Manager who is passionate about supporting other stylists and driving a culture of kindness, caring, and respect in our salons. This position is ideal for stylists looking for more responsibility or a new opportunity. We offer a Management Training Program that develops and trains stylists to grow into successful management positions after completing the leadership development program. As a Salon Manager, you will play a key role in fostering a positive work environment and ensuring the success of your team.

Responsibilities

• Support and lead a team of stylists

• Complete the Management Training Program
• Achieve salon goals and objectives
• Communicate effectively with team members and customers
• Provide ongoing training and development for stylists

Requirements

• Current valid cosmetology or barber license
• Great communication skills
