Responsibilities
- Educate Customers about retail product benefits and the value of each hair service.
- Drive conversion and sales by turning retail customers into JCPenney Salon clients.
- Assist Customers by seeking them out and making their experience unforgettable.

- Ability to solve problems and make smart decisions that drive sales, profit or customer service.
