About the position

The Salon Business Partner (SBP) is a field sales representative responsible for driving growth and development within the local stylist and salon community. This role focuses on meeting and exceeding sales objectives by leveraging education, sales promotions, and professional business development. The SBP collaborates with salon owners to create tailored business plans, coordinates educational events, and attends industry trade shows to strengthen customer relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Leverage OMNI channel support teams to develop salon relationships through tailored business plans.
  • Conduct regular meetings with salon owners to understand their goals and provide tailored solutions.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
  • Coordinate and promote education and promotional events with internal brand partners.
  • Utilize digital platforms and social media to engage the local salon community.

Requirements

  • High school degree required; bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
  • Minimum of one year of outside sales experience or beauty industry experience with a focus on consultative selling.
  • Demonstrated consultative and customer service skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and results-driven mindset.

Nice-to-haves

  • Knowledge of Salesforce.com and social media usage.
