About the position

As a Salesforce consulting generalist at PwC, you will possess a broad range of consulting skills and experience across various Salesforce applications. You will provide consulting services to clients, analysing their needs, implementing software solutions, and offering training and support for effective utilisation of Salesforce applications. Your versatile knowledge will allow you to assist clients in optimising operational efficiency and achieving their strategic objectives. Growing as a strategic advisor, you leverage your influence, expertise, and network to deliver quality results. You motivate and coach others, coming together to solve complex problems. As you increase in autonomy, you apply sound judgment, recognising when to take action and when to escalate. You are expected to solve through complexity, ask thoughtful questions, and clearly communicate how things fit together. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 7 years of experience

Nice-to-haves

  • Preferred field(s) of study: Computer and Information Science or Management Information Systems
  • One or more Salesforce.com certifications: Certified Administrator, Certified Developer, or Certified Sales/Service/Salesforce Industries
  • Demonstrating thought leadership in Salesforce technology solutions
  • Leading teams to develop client proposals and solutions
  • Developing and sustaining client relationships through networking
  • Preparing and presenting thorough and clear presentations effectively
  • Performing software configuration and coding in Salesforce.com
  • Leading Salesforce Industry engagements successfully
