About the position

CGI is seeking a candidate for Salesforce Sales Cloud Developer and candidate will get an opportunity to work with highly skilled team on the newest technologies. It helps the candidate to craft the career with matured agile project delivery, sophisticated Tech stack process. This excellent opportunity can be performed in Bloomfield, CT (Preferred), Raleigh, NC, Lafayette, LA, or Nashville, TN.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Customize and configure Salesforce Sales Cloud features, including but not limited to: accounts, contacts, opportunities, leads, campaigns, reports, dashboards, and workflows.
  • Develop custom Apex code, Visualforce pages, Lightning components, and other Salesforce customizations as needed.
  • Integrate Salesforce Sales Cloud with other systems and applications using APIs and middleware.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Perform unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of Salesforce solutions.
  • Stay current with Salesforce best practices, new features, and updates, and recommend ways to leverage them for business advantage.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to Salesforce administrators and end-users.
  • Document technical designs, configurations, and customizations.

Requirements

  • Minimum 7-8 years of experience in Salesforce development, with a focus on Sales Cloud.
  • 4+Years of extensive working experience in Sales Cloud needed.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce configuration and customization, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and declarative tools (e.g., Process Builder, Flow).
  • Experience with Salesforce integration techniques, including REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, and middleware platforms (e.g., MuleSoft).
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and governor limits.
  • Salesforce Developer certification (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and/or II).
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated with a strong problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in Health Cloud is a plus.
