As a Salesforce Lead Software Engineer at JPMorganChase within the Asset and Wealth Management Technology team, you are an integral part of an agile team that works to enhance, build, and deliver trusted market-leading technology products in a secure, stable, and scalable way. As a core technical contributor, you are responsible for conducting critical technology solutions across multiple technical areas within various business functions in support of the firm’s business objectives. The team is building and scaling Salesforce Service Cloud capabilities and looking for a hands-on engineering leader who can drive initiatives end-to-end with a passion for delivering best-in-class technology solutions. Strong Salesforce engineering experience is required (Service Cloud, Apex, Lightning Web Components/Flows, integrations) with an ownership mindset and ability to lead delivery across partners and stakeholders. In this role, the candidate is expected to work on development of a sales experience platform, which is a core system for the global sales organization.
