Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of developers, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure the successful execution of development projects.
  • Oversee the planning, design, and implementation of software projects. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards.
  • Take ownership of complex technical tasks, including coding, debugging, and designing software solutions. Serve as the go-to technical expert within the team.
  • Establish coding standards and best practices, review code, and ensure that the codebase is maintainable, scalable, and secure.
  • Work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver high-quality software solutions that meet business needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies, and tools. Encourage a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the development team.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, both during development and post-deployment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in software development.
  • 3+ years of experience in a leadership role.
  • Salesforce Experience & Service Cloud
  • APEX
  • LWC
  • Flows, Forms & Workflows
  • Experience with web application frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
  • Experience working on partner & customer communities.
