The practice utilizes technologies such as Lightning, Einstein, and Bolt to enhance customer relationships. The team is committed to continuous learning and development, with a focus on obtaining certifications, including Certified Technical Architect (CTA).

Responsibilities

  • Lead and facilitate discovery and scoping sessions with travel clients
  • Define optimal project scope and expectations considering client business processes and constraints
  • Create and defend solution estimates and Statements of Work (SOW)
  • Design solutions incorporating past experiences and creative thinking
  • Coordinate with Technical Architects, integration, and data consultants for technical design requirements
  • Provide recommendations on third-party applications
  • Manage expectations with clients and colleagues to guide towards successful outcomes
  • Disseminate best practices on solution positioning and delivery
  • Own the solution and provide architectural oversight throughout the project
  • Guide project teams on implementation approaches and complex configuration issues
  • Participate in QA checkpoints to ensure alignment with original scope
  • Develop and validate estimates to support Change Orders
  • Participate in project status meetings as requested
  • Contribute to estimating and SOW templates for future phases
  • Lead business and functional requirements definition and prioritization
  • Map functional requirements to Salesforce.com features
  • Maintain communication with the customer throughout each project
  • Mentor junior team members in business analysis, project management, and Salesforce.com best practices

Requirements

  • Experience supporting Loyalty Management/Travel clients or working within the Loyalty Management/Travel Industry
  • A minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in solutioning, discovery and business analysis, project management, and technology implementation in full life-cycle CRM engagements
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience with Salesforce.com
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years); if Associate's Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience
