About the position

The Salesforce Developer - Lead role involves designing, developing, testing, and deploying CRM solutions on the Salesforce platform. The position requires a senior-level candidate with extensive experience in Salesforce technologies, responsible for implementing end-to-end solutions and integrating with in-house platforms. The developer will collaborate with a distributed team, participate in design reviews, and ensure quality code delivery while managing configurations and customizations on the Salesforce platform.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end solutions on the Salesforce platform.
• Integrate Salesforce with in-house platforms and infrastructure.
• Collaborate with development leads and architecture teams to understand requirements.
• Write quality test cases and participate in design and peer code reviews.
• Troubleshoot live issues and understand the build and deployment process.
• Work with business partners to gather process requirements.
• Enhance custom objects and develop Visual Force pages, APEX classes, workflows, and SOQL.

Requirements

• 7-10 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
• Proficiency in Salesforce Platform including Sales, Service, Financial Service, and Experience Clouds.
• Experience with large-scale integrations using UI to UI, API-based, and data integrations.
• Extensive knowledge of LWC, APEX, Lightning, SOQL, SOSL, Salesforce CLI, and Ant Script.
• Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with tools used for build and deployment.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in the Financial Industry.
• Working knowledge of Lightning and custom Lightning components.
• Familiarity with Java/J2EE or C# .NET.
• Knowledge of RDBMS concepts and database development.
• Familiarity with Agile Methodology, Test-Driven Development, and software design patterns.
