Guidehouse is seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst to join their team. This role focuses on both break/fix (production support) and enhancements (backlog support) for Salesforce. The analyst will serve as the first line of analysis for production issues, triage and prioritize incidents, perform root cause analysis, and document issues clearly. They will also elicit and clarify enhancement requests, translate them into user stories and requirements, and partner with developers and administrators. The role also involves ensuring production stability and governance, adhering to change control standards, and supporting Salesforce seasonal releases. The position requires a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience), a minimum of three years of professional experience, U.S. Citizenship, and the ability to work from the San Antonio Guidehouse office. Strong experience with Salesforce core functionality (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or custom applications) is essential.
